Hide header, Sidebar, Footer on checkout Webview

Step 1: Add CSS

The class name will add to the body tag: app-builder-checkout

Step 2: Add this param to the URL in checkout to test

?app-builder-checkout-body-class=app-builder-checkout

Note: You can add your own CSS like input color, button color to make a better view on mobile Checkout page.
