Reward your customers for purchases and other actions with points that can be redeemed for discounts. Easily set how many points customers should earn for each dollar spent and how many points can be redeemed for a specific discount amount. Points can be awarded by product, category, or global level, and you can also control the maximum discount available when redeeming points.

Point and Reward Features in Cirilla App
- Point and Reward List Screen
- A customer’s current point balance along with recent point history will be displayed on their profile page
- Apply points rewards on the cart page
- From the cart page messages will be displayed indicating the amount of points that can be earned, and encouraging the customer to apply their points to the current order: screenshot
- After applying their points, the discount will be shown as would a standard coupon: screenshot
App Builder Configuration for Brand Features
Prerequisite:
Ensure that the App Builder integration is enabled.
Steps to Activate App Builder Integration:
- Activate the required integrations.
- Navigate to the App Builder page from the left sidebar.
- Click on Integrations in the menu bar.
- Click to Active
- Open Template from the Home tab => Select the Cart on the dropdown menu => Click to Enable Points and Rewards
Display Points and Rewards on the Profile
- Open the drop-down menu on the menu bar.
- Select Profile.
